Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Mexico) We offer the following shipping options within Mexico:

  • Estándar — Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
  • Expreso — Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days

International Shipping We currently only offer shipping within Mexico. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@nereiswim.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
