All Sales Are Final We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must:

• Be in perfect, unworn condition
• Have all original tags and stickers attached
• Be free of any signs of use, damage, or alteration

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request an Exchange To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@nereiswim.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Store Credit Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Credit is valid for use on any future purchase at nereiswim.com.
